This is the first incarnation of Daikoku Ramen Stroud Gloucestershire, Tomari Gi. Mixuki and Hugo now run Daikoku Ramen, on Stroud’s High Street and the Food Hub in Gloucester Quays. Underwater jungle started off with some drawings of fish. I then sketched how a repeat could work, in this case the repeat was so big that it made sense in the end to make it a panel. I also liked the fact that if it was a panel then the sea could carry on at the top of the wall. If your wall is taller than the panel then please get in touch as it is easy for me to add the extra height to the panel.
Textile designer Josephine Munsey launched her first designs in 2020 after a series of lockdowns in the UK meant plenty of time in her studio, in Stroud. She has worked for various Design Houses where she learnt about different methods of fabric and wallpaper printing. Josephine felt it was time to begin designing for herself.
